Booking
STANDARD RATE PLAN
- In order to validate the usability of your credit card a $1 charge will be processed immediately after booking.
- The total amount will be charged upon arrival to the hotel in cash or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
- The cardholder must be on the guest list in order to guarantee the reservation. Any fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE PLAN
- The total amount (non-refundable) will be charged to your credit card immediately after booking. We accept visa and Mastercard

Cancellation
STANDARD RATE PLAN
- The guest can cancel free of charges until 10h00 on the day before arrival (local time). For any later cancellation or no-show, 100% cancellation fee applies.
NON REFUNDABLE RATE PLAN
- No refunds apply in case of cancellation at any time or no-show. Date changes are not allowed.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in starts from 13h00 until 19h00. Earlier check-in is subject to availability and needs to be requested ahead of time.
- Check-out is until 10h00. Later check-out is subject to availability and charges may apply.
